Ripoff selling me wrong dog wanted female, got male also didnot recieve registration papers

I found this add on Next day pets I was looking for a teacup chihuahua female, I talked to Rocky Garcia he sent me a picture of the female I was to get. I sent him 625.00 on pay pal on 4-16-07 he told me it was registered wormed and had shots. When I recieved pet it was a male I didnot get registration papers nor was there any shot papers.

I called him, he told me that he sold the female, but he would send me a female from another litter that were ready to go the following week. And he would pay the shipping and I could also keep the male, he also said he would send me the registration papers. This was in April and I still have not recieved anything Ive talked to him several times on the phone and he says hes gonna send everything to me but still to this day I havet gotton a thing, all I want is for him to send me the papers on the dog. So I would like people to be aware of this, I have been scammed.
