Single mother car taken without just cause

My car was in brought in for repairs, on 8-31-10. I was told to come in at 6pm my car would be ready 9-1-10once arrived i was then told that my car was not ready once i began to question the status of the car the gentlemen stated i don't know call tomorrow noon. At that point i became upset and walked out i then reentered and, i then ask if it's not ready then once i call should i make arrangement for the rest of the week. He stated stop yelling and just call like i told you to, i stated i am not yelling only asking you a simple question, i had someone bring me up here for nothing, yes i am upset but i'm not yelling he then said you can get the fuck out of my office talking to me like a fucking dog, i replied asking you about my car is talking to you like a dog, i will not leave until you tell me something, i was told to come up here at this time my car would be ready and now it's not he stated what you want me to lie to you and tell you it's ready when it's not i asked could someone have called me and said don't come your car's not ready the other gentlemen from the other office stated we don't do outgoing calls, i said you have called before, again the other guy said oh well we were swamped. While other customer witnessed. I then left to gather my feelings to get a phone call stating you are not getting your car back i said what, what do you mean his words to me were you think you can come in my office and talk to me that way you will never see this car again and you are behind on you payment you owe money this month i said i paid you my payment before it was even due how am i behind like i said and am not having this conversation with you and hung up on me i then returned to the car lot to be told get out of my office he stepped outside to speak with me and began to use the' f 'bomb repeatedly also telling my mother once she ask why are you talking to her that way and you can get the fuck off my property too, she's not getting the car so leave i informed him i am calling the police i don't think this is right. He stated call them i will call them too and have you trespassed from here if you want your stuff out of the car you will have to pay. Continuing to speak very rudely.
