I ordered a years subscription of Guidepost/Largeprint for my seeing-impaired father-in-law on January 8. After many weeks, and it had not been received, I found my copied receipt. I've made numerous calls to the 800 number only to leave a message and not receive a call back. After looking on the internet, I now see I've been 'scammed'. Blistering mad that websites like this aren't closed down! What recourse does one have? Would love to know!
