C&S/Southern Circulation
Paid for subscription and did not receive magazine

We bought a subscription to Disney Adventures 30 issues for $40 plus $12 process & handling for a total of $52 on 09/06/07 from C&S aka Southern Circulation. We paid cash for it. We were supposed to receive delivery of our magazine within 120 days.in December we were wondering where our magazine was and attempted to call the phone number on our receipt 256-882-1540 it was disconnected. We did a search for the company on the internet and found their website, we contacted them via email through the website and told of our problem with not receiving the magazine. We received no response. We also called the phone number on the website 256-882-2116 and the woman said we had to wait until Jan 6th to call back when the 120 days were up.

We have since tried several times to call the company and only get the voice mail and leave a message with nobody getting back to us. Yesterday, 01/08/08 I also used the contact us through the website option again and have not received a reply.

We either want a refund of what we paid or our magazines.
