Magazine subscription was not fulfilled ripoff internet

Ordered via internet a 3 yr. Renewal subscription to Vanity Fair magazine in Sept. When December rolled around, I still had not received one issue. Tried e-mailing through their website, could not click radio button, did not receive subscription. Found phone number on my credit card statement with THEIR CHARGE for magazine and tried to call.

Got recording that said, hello, please leave a message, then mailbox is full, click. Luckily, Vanity Fair is working with me since I have been a subscriber for the past 16 years and have asked for all paperwork including receipt from magsforless and credit card statement. They informed me that magsforless is an unauthorized agency for magazines and they never rec'd my renewal.

Magsforless is IMPOSSIBLE to reach. They do not respond to e-mails as stated on their website and their phone number is useless. Why are still up and operating? Thank you.
