Mister Sudzy car Wash
Unsatisfactory resolution to fix chipped paint

I received a full service car wash service at Mister Suzdy on this date. Prior to handing my car over to the vaccuum person, I placed a bag in my trunk. Up to that very point, I did not see any defect in my the paint on the left rear bumper. When I spoke to the owner (Bob Yamuska) he defensively stated that "there is no way it happened in the car wash" I have been servicing my car at this location for 12 years. Granted, he is a new owner, he was not willing to take responsibility for any repair. He claimed that it must have been a shopping cart, not so since the height does not match up. I am sure that it was the operator of the vaccuum hose! Anyway, take pictures of your car before you go to the carwash!
