Vehicle damage at car wash area

Eversed vehicle closer to vacuum machine, low laying tree lower than height of vehicle hit rear hatch type window and smashed the window, completely shattered the window, spoke with shell employee who mentioned other patrons aswell as employees have complained about the low laying tree trunk and low overhanging branches (Photos were taken at the scene). Several patrons drove out of carwash and overhanging branches littered vehicle as they exited wash with leaves and strands from tree, cost to repair rear window between $943.00 to $1,358.18 spent hours trying to find an Auto repair center... But been the weekend well of course they're closed.
