I realized this month that I am being charged $10 a month for a service I did not sign up for. I replied STOP and they have kept on billing me. So far, Verizon has not been any help in trying to resolve this or refund my money. I also tried calling them at a number their website listed and I kept getting told that all operators are busy and I stopped trying after 10 minutes
