My have my mom as an addition line on my phone T-mobile account. On 03/19, this company some how got my mom number and register her to their service and started charging my account $9.99 a month without my permission. I called T-mobile; T-mobile told me to call the company to remove the service. The funny thing is that my mom doesn't speak English and she doesn't use text.
