Stay far far away... Docprep123 called me and told me we qualified for H.A.M.P. And they would get us through the process. We fell for it, paid them 2700$, and went though the whole grueling process with them. The contract we signed stated that if we got turned down for the modification, they would refund our money. Well we got turned down, and now they refuse to refund our money or even answer our calls. This business is a scam. Stay away.
