DocPrep is a swindle that preys on vulnerable people desperate to save their homes. I followed their advice and my credit score dropped by nearly 200 points after I gave them $4,200. They stop answering calls and emails once you have been rejected for modification. Good ending - I was able to get a 2.5% interest rate reduction after I showed the emails to the new lender from DocPrep telling me to miss mortgage payments however I am still left with a low credit score. Do not believe anything they tell you.
