Ashley I have been ripped-off by DocPrep 123 (Ashley)

I have been ripped-off by DOC PREP 123 after engaging their 'guaranteed services.' Since my Chase home loan mod was denied 12 - DOC PREP 123 (Ashley) has refused to answer my numerous emails & phone calls demanding a refund of their fee ($1,700) - as per company guarantee.

Additionally, they did NOT complete the forms correctly, thus placing me in non-stop actions for 4 mo of continuously resubmitting/faxing info to Chase.

I strongy urge you - Buyer Beware - take your business elsewhere.
