I purchased an infrared/quartz heater from Omega Stores, of Wallingford, CT. The heater is warranted for 3-years against defects in material or workmanship. My heater simply quit—no signs of life. Company ignores my request to have it repaired under warranty. They post on their website that heaters are not returnable for ANY reason. So, the fraud is that the warranty is totally baseless!
