Ordered product on line in February. Opted for "free" additional product for paying additional S&H. Made notes of order conversation that charges should be $10 for product plus 3 lots of S&H at $7.95 each.
In April billed to credit card two products at $10 each plus $39.75 total S&H.
Impossible to get anyone on phone to clarify this and of course they have no published e-mail address
