Frederick Jones with 7Techiques.com, Inc. And SEOWeb from Atlanta, Georgia was hired by us to develop our website. For over 18 months we have been patiently waiting for the production and completion of our website project. Throughout the completion of each page he demanded payments until it came to our awareness that he's scamming us. As appeared, through all these months we were reviewing dummy flashy pages that were created by outsource developers from overseas, whom he hired to create animated pages based on promises to be paid on completion. These contractors were never paid because the completion was of this web project was not in his intent. After collecting $15,000 he abandoned the project and disappeared, proudly stating that we'll never be found, and he knew why. As we find out later, he defrauded us and the State with false business registration and addresses. We couldn’t rehab any of the files we could collect form him because none of these files were even programed or linked to work together with a back-end that hi promissed that was done long ago. There simply was no back-end or front-end of any kind! All we received for $15,000 was free flashy demo pages with lots of bugs that can be purchased for $100. It was a total scam and as far as we know we're not the only company scammed by this individual and his companies. The company shows to be suspended due to administrative violations, but that doesn't mean that he's not in business. So stay alert!
