This company is run by THIEVES! They stole $154.91 from me simply because I did not like their product. I paid $219.99 for one of their wigs. It was delivered 12/13. I tried it on, didn't like it and immediately returned it on 12/13. They charged me a 30% processing fee ($60) for returning their lousy product which I couldn't use! Who does that??? No return instruction (or label) was included with the package, so I used their FedX account for the return. Now, I've been charged another $94.91 by FedX for sending it back. This is a RIP OFF! U.S. Citizens: Don't buy anything from this Chinese company unless you can afford to give them money for trying it on!
