Rippped me off of my money and is still doing so

I signed up to work for smc but before they sent me my package I found out that they were a ripoff I emailed them to cancel but the package was on its way. When it came in I never opened it I took it to the post office out side the post office is a fedx drop box I put it in there with the words on front saying return to send I called them a week later to see if they got it and they ask me if I had the number from fedx that states the information. I told them that I just dropped it in the fedx box.

They told me if I did not have the number then I could not get my money back and I could not cancel my account. They took money out of my account on 11/04 for $39.95 again on 12/14 for $39.95 and again on 01/11 for $39.95 they just keep taking the money out every month I have tried to call them but all I get is recording. I have emailed them they do`nt respond now I do not no how to stop them from taking out of my account ever month. They noting but a big ripoff
