I bought ONE cd ON SALE at an FYE store at Christmas 2011 and was offered the card - as a discount card on future purchases. I WAS NEVER told that this card had a monthly charge attached to it. I don't buy CDs, DVDs generally so why would I agree to take a card that has a monthly fee attached to it??? I have never used the card!!! I call the company and their computers are down, call back in a hour or so they say; call back and they can't find me on their system. Yet they certainly have no problem finding and charging my credit card on a monthly basis!!! I just cancelled my credit card, but... The loss, trouble and inconvenience is all mine - I can't even get my money back without wasting more time and effort. Totally disgusted! This company is UNETHICAL and most certaining guilty of false advertising whether by omission or intentionally.
