Undisclosed $10 monthly charge on credit card for flower membership

While ordering flowers over the phone, for the funeral of a friend, I was offered a $10 discount if I would become a member of the florists shop and recieve discounts on future orders. I agreed to this, but was not informed of a $10 monthly charge, to begin the very next day, which meant there was no discount at all. I was told by my credit card company that this was called a trailer, and anytime you gave your card number to buy something, these trailers could be added, without your consent, and was not considered fraud by law. Very scary... If you punch in BloomsRWRD in your search box, you will find that most everything that comes up is about this Ripoff.
So much for feeling safe about buying anything with your credit cards HUH?
