Chevron and texaco universal card services a credit card service call us about there card, they told us there would be a 15% rebate on all gas purchases and told us there would be no monthy fees. I got the first bill there were no rebates, called them they told me it would be on the second bill, got the second bill no rebate and there were $15.00 in monthly fees, called cancelled the card. The next month got another bill with new monthly fees. Called again cancelled the card. The next month got another bill monthly fees again. I have call and cancelled the card 3 months in a row. I got another bill today with late payment fees and monthy fees. Do not get a chevron and texaco universal card they lie about what they give you. Ey
