The consignmnet note was not correct and the company only indicated "gift". The shipment was hold back in customs and I had to pay additional charges of € 42,75 to get custom clearance and receive my package. I have written several mails to the company, but no reply at alla and I have just been ignored. Really bad company and on top the shoes look bad too!!!
