Miscellaneous

We sat through a sales presentation at the Mango's Resturant in Puerta Vallarta, Mexico for World Luxury Destinations. We were shown the Pennisula with the understanding it was not a timeshare. We were offered $45,790.00 for a timeshare in Myrtle Beach, SC and 15,000 points at Royal Holiday in Mexico.in exchange we had to given them 29,850.00 which we "can pay off with the money received from our timeshares". We were also guaranteed rental of $4000.00 each year for the Pennisula if we did not use it ourselves. The United Assets Group was handling all these transactions. After we get home and have access to a computer we learn United Assets Group is a "cash donation" program for large corporations. Where do I begin to get out of this mess?
