DO NOT GO TO NTB - I went in today for a simple tire rotation, I was the only one at the store and still had to wait 10 minutes for anyone to assist me and when someone came he was totally rude and kept trying to sell me stuff I dd not want and tried to get out of the free rotation (which is under the warranty I paid way too much for) by saying that if the thread was too low I would have to buy new tires. They get my car up and start the rotation. He comes out and tells me they can't rotate the front driver side tire because the wheel bearing is sooo bad he is afraid the wheel will fall off (the wheel bearing is fine, it does not even make the slightest noise), fortunately the guy working on the car (who apparently wasn't aware of the scam) had already removed the wheel by the time I went to look at. He waits until all my wheels are off of my car and comes out to tell me that they (magically) found a nail in the very tire he did not want to remove and that it was impossible to fix and that I had to buy a new tire. Please do not go to ntb, tell all your friends and family to stay away too they are scammers and waaaay overpriced!!!
