Shar-Dew Cattery And Rosemarie Zizzo
Ripped off public by selling kittens without papers, and dumping her cats at a kill shelter claims to advocate the rights of pedigree "kittys" Beaumont

Rosemarie R. Zizzo, formerly of 420 N. Palm Ave; Hemet, CA, has ripped off the public by selling them "purebred" kittens which did not have registration papers. Many of these cats were bred from parents which Zizzo bought and did not pay for, consequently the breeders did not give her papers for them.

Zizzo now runs a fraudulent organization through a website at http://pedigree-cbs.org / where she claims to advocate the rights of pedigree "kittys".

But Zizzo herself has twice dumped her pedigree cats at a kill shelter in San Jacinto, CA, despite knowing that the breeders wanted them back. The first time she dumped 13 cats, one of them a pregnant female ready to deliver, on May 4. The second time she dumped five cats on June 2, even though she had been talking to the breeder of two of those cats the very same day, and had been in email contact with two others, in the preceding two days.

Zizzo was evicted from the trailer park where she lived in Hemet, CA for running a breeding business, and lying about having only one cat, the park's pet limit.

Since that time, Zizzo has used her website to persecute and libel, various purebred cat breeders who have either annoyed her, or exposed her as a fraud.

As a result of dumping her cats, in July of Zizzo was charged with two counts of animal abandonment by the Cat Fanciers Association. To avoid disciplinary action, she asked that her cattery be retired. At that time, all her privileges in CFA, were suspended. Zizzo is now seeking reinstatement, and as a result will face a full hearing on the two abandonment charges as well as a charge of conduct detrimental to the cat fancy, at the June board meeting of CFA.

Zizzo still has cats, as evidenced by her fraudulent attempt to join an email list and mentoring program for new breeders. Her cattery Shar-Dew, no longer exists in any registry. Any claim that she can sell you a registered kitten, is false.
