On February 1 Richard Thomas and I, Mary Ann Pettit went on a sales presentation at the Mangos Restaurant. Our sales agent, Gerry Drexler, outlined a presentation which would give us a 3-bedroom condo in the Pennesula for 4 months per year. The selling price was $89,000. We made a deposit of $41,500 with the understanding that Continental Resources would sell our Grand Luxxe time share for $272,000. This was to be done within 30-60 days according to our contract with Continental Resources and we would then use this money to pay off the $47,500 owing on our condo.

Ms. Monserrat Torres of WLD now informs us we must pay off the $47,500 in order to get a release from WLD in order for Continental to pay us.

Both companies are frauds.

I believe there is a class-action law suit pending and we are interested in becoming part of this.
