Despite repeated requests and emails Just Answers continues to withdraw $30.00 per month out of, now, two accounts. I do not know how they got access to the second bank account. This has been going on for three month. Besides not cancelling my account, I was charged twice for the same answer. This company does not have ears or a conscience.
