Was being contacted from Telemarketing for several months while away. When I returned the call started again I answered the call notified I was able to lower my interest rate for the life if the cards. Next thing I'm charged for $699.00 I've called my Bank they told to wait until I receive the materials then call requesting a refund. I called once leaving a message & was told my called would be returned. It's only been 2 days. They sent 6 pages of paper work, I will call them again.
