I was called several times about my 0%interest rate soon ending. When I took the call they told me they work with citibank and their goal was to help consumers with high debt to become debt free. I qualified to not pay the fee normally charged. I tried to return call and no one was available I asked for them to return my call and no one did. When they wouldn't take my call I contacted citibank and had already been charged.
