Ordered 3 Roll-on Bio-freeze on 8-30. My credit card was charged same day. Sent email 9-16 checking on status of order, they responded that Bio-freeze was back ordered, 5 to 6 weeks before shipping. On 11-21 spoke with someone at call center, told me order would ship 2 to 4 weeks from todays date, also gave me a number and extension to call Mon-Fri (9-5 est). 800 807-8080 ext 300. No one answers this number either. I have called and emailed at least twice a month since last November with NO RESONSE from Vitanet. Would really like to get this order, but since this is probably not going to happen, I need a refund to my credit card.
