My complaint is like the others on this page. I agreed to shipping charges on 2/13 for a trial. On 3/6 I was billed $99.92 for 'membership'. When I tried to stop my credit card from honoring the charge, Lush Illumination send photocopies of the transaction and said that I had been sent an e-mail confirming this transaction. I have not received an e-mail and I don't recognize some of the pages that was sent. Shortly after I saw the charge on my credit card, I sent them an e-mail requesting that the charge be removed. I have heard nothing.

Also, the phone number on everything is incorrect. When you call you get another number and that number says 'leave you number and we will get back to you'.

These people are scam artists.
