I ordered the trial offer of Retoxor and it was shipped @ 5/16. I received the product on 21 May. Their packing slip instructions state: "You may cancel shipments at any time by calling Customer Care before your next shipment is sent (about 3 weeks from the day you receive your prior shipment) to avoid charges to your card."
I attempted to call and cancel further shipments within that time frame, however, they were closed for the weekend - - their letter only states hours and not limited days of operation.
Instead of allowing me the THREE weeks since my receiving the order, they charged my card an additional $179.98 on 06/05 which was the 15th day after I received the trial offer. Furthermore, they shipped the package on 06/07 at 02:11 AM - - still well in advance of my three week option period.
The packing slip/letter also states that you should expect to feel MAXIMUM RESULTS AFTER TAKING THE PRODUCT FOR 90 DAYS. Therefore, why should they only allow three weeks to determine products' effectiveness?
I have disputed the charge with my card company and as soon as package is delivered, I will refuse shipment. This company is nothing other than another scam and the powers that be are using purchased radio time to advertise their come-on tactics.
