They sent me their product with no literature, contact info, directions for using the product. I used it the required time of 14 days. I called to cancel my subscriptions and they told me they would send me a form to make it official. They charged me again and I did not receive anything! Nor have I received a form to make it "official".
They will charge me again on May 4. How do I stop this madness!!!
