On April 1 I authorized a one time payment to mobile service tmobile in the amount of 110.70 in which I called green dot and spoke to customer service and confirmed that the money was already processed and that tmobile had too Ken the money out of my account. I called tmobile to verify of this payment and they had no record of any payment made April first, so I got back on the phone with green dot customer service and explained what tmobile had stated about not having history of this payment and at that point they had provided me with a approval code to locate this payment. I called tmobile to give them this code to track my payment down and after three days of investigation this code did not exist. On top of this payment my payroll went in again on Thurs, which was April 5 and I was again in the negative which green dot took out more money. I called to speak to a supervisor and they had tranfered me to a Micheal which he I fact seen where the problem was and he stated that he was going to look into it further and call us back at our personal phone number which two days went by and we never got a call. So we got back on the phone with green dot and ask to speak with Micheal at this point their telling me that they cannot get a hold of nor transfer me to Micheal, that they would put another supervisor on. At this point my frustration is at the highest point, so in order for me to get my money back I contacted a lawyer and also our broadcast news to let them know what green dot had done to me.
