Purchased this software it created other issues with my computer tried to uninstall it but it wont allow us to uninstall called tech support they can't figure out how to do it either they just keep putting you on hold and never coming back on the phone to help 43 minutes tonight by agent # 25336... Do not buy this product their tech support is the worse customer service I have ever come across in my life now by computer is fouled up please anyone hae any suggestions??? I would like them to buy me a new computer??? Since they cant fix what they installed incorrectly to begin with???
