I am so sorry to inform you that you will not be able to use this property for your vacation the payment will be refunded in full the reason why this is happening is because one of the cleaners was found dead in the pool and presently the property is under investigation this happened over night, as soon as erica is out of the police station refund will be sent back to you. We all are been questioned i will also pay you for any inconviences i may have cause you or your family please bear with me
