I was initially sucked into a Predatory scam as follows
At the time I had a mortgage loan for app $ 110,000
I was offered a mortgage loan known as Pick a Payment loan of amount $320,000
with the claim that my monthly payment will be about the same as that of my previous loan of app. $ 110,000.
I accepted that offer, started that loan, At present the loan principle is changed to 345,000, and i am unable to pay my monthly payment of app. 3,500 Now they are saying to foreclose my house, I need your help to stop that foreclosure., My non payment was basically due to the fact that they wasted the time giving me hope for that my loan will be modified Please help me I will do whatever you decide that I shall do.
