Est western splashpark of ludington - best western employees

Im complaing about the way some employees are being treated by management. I've seen where the younger housekeepers are slacking to the point where the older employees are being required to help finish their work as well as there own. I have heard management yell at these employees where guests can hear. I've been going to this motel several times and got to know a couple of the housekeepers that have been there a while and they are very nice ladies. I have never had a problem with my room being dirty, but i feel i may need to just go to a different motel when i visit ludington, mi. I really feel the housekeeping staff needs a little more compassion from management. Being a houskeeper myself i feel strongly that best western co should maybe look into this matter. I will not be recomending ludington best western to any of my friends. Housekeepers are people too. Thank you for your time, i hope something can be done for those woman.
