AT&T
Have tried to have AT&T servce and still havent had it insalled, trying to give YOU money

I have tried for over a month to have AT&T come and hook in a phone line. My son is currently incarcerated and I have been wanting to speak to him, (its been over 3 months since I have been able to acutally speak to him). I have been told I will have a tech sent that day, I will have a tech a soon as possible, all kinds of promises and yet nothing. I call everytday and have even spoken to supervisors. I know plenty of people in the advertising business and they have assured me if AT&T does not start resolving this issue they will step in with news channel investigations. Please someone from corporate get involvedand all I want to do is talk to my son, he already has the number AT&T gave me.
