Advance Me breaks Michigan Law and causes cascading bank NSF's and overdraws!

Advance Me Inc. Loaned my firm around $45k and took weeks to finalize paperwork. I answered the same questions a dozen times and spoke with people whose English got worse and worse. The first two months of activity went as promised but then their tech department could not figure out how to retrieve my daily cc information. Every three days for a month I received a call from their tech support asking for the same passwords again and again.instead of resolving the issue, they started automatically withdrawing more funds than the contract specified and caused my accounts to be repeatedly overdrawn, checks bounced and credit destroyed. When advised that they were breaking Michigan Law, Advance Me got real nervous that I would contact a lawyer. They have harassed most of my employees and made repeated empty threats. I don't want to spend thousands on legal counsel but know that if the proper suit is filed with the Michigan Attorney General, they will lose their ability to offer cash advances in the state. Their state is clueless and often cannot even speak English. Beware! They will make all sorts of promises but even if it's in writing, will not follow the rules.
