Photo restoration scam

Just to let everyone know the photo restoration service at walgreens is a rip off. I took in some old photos to have restored and all tey did was inlarge them and lighten them. They wanted to charge $39 for this. The photos were not improved in any way.
They also claimed the photos are sent via internet to a company who restores them but this is also not true. They scanned it to themselves and printed the pics right there in the store. This became obvious when not a single employee knew how the processed really worked and couldn't tell me where the photos were sent or who does their restoration. Surely Walgreens doesn't keep all their employees in the dark.
