So much shock! Bloomex, watta shame! - "simply sweet bouquet"

I live in surrey, british columbia. I ordered online a 'simply sweet' bouquet for my close friend's birthday who also live in surrey. The flowers was delivered on time but im telling you, it was sooo far from the description i ordered. The flowers was simply ugly! So cheap! Plus, i used a coupon code of freeship_12 for free delivery but they still charge me $14??? This is supposed to be a canadian company so i simply trust them. It was so disappointing and shameful to the recepient.
