Ordered free trial on 3/20 received on 25th rang customer services to cancel to be told that £139.90 [$221.50] had been taken from my account yesterday 4/4, so no way is it a 14 day free trial. I asked if they could refund my money as I hadn't had the creams for 14 days. Answer no all I could do was cancel the "contract" which I think is very unfair so be warned
