I was working on my office computer when an add came up for Mystique creams - a 'FREE TRIAL' of two creams for £2.49 each for postage and packing - nowhere in the advert did it say '14 Free Day Trial'. I ordered both creams and took them on holiday with me - when I returned 4 weeks later they had deducted £79.99 for one cream and £59.99 for the other.

I am so upset and angry - I have contacted them but I am told the websites have now closed by PRO-ACTION - support@proactiondiet.com

What can we do to reclaim our money?
