Paula Leng told me that I have to provide proof that he owe me back pay

On feb. 20 was my last day working for Mr Leng after time went on I still was witout a client on apr. 4 I call Mr Leng to request for my two weeks that was held bak when I begin working for him which was on January 18 Mr Leng returns my call at 6;05p, m on apr. 5 telling me that I have to prove to him that he owe me back pay has rules are that when you start your frist day of work you have to work two weeks in the hold Idid not receive my frist pay check until feb. 8 2011. Please would you guys help? Please!
