This company did the same to me as I have discovered has done to others. The phone call made and confirmed all with an unauthorized person. Never followed up with any written confirmation. Only contact with my business was collections.
There was a reason for restricting this transaction to verbal. They are fully aware if any written had come across my desk there would have been no agreement for them to carry forward with. I will follow up with the contacts as Cindelia. This company and their tactics need to be reported. This is illegal. If this is the only way this company can create business they should restructure or just close the doors.
