I've tried to test MediaCrawler so i order a 2,37 USD trial version on march the 25th.
It don't work on my Mac so i haven't bought their full version.
However, on march the 31st, my Credit card was charged with 8,24 USD.
They told me that:
"It was all up to you to decide whether you like the service or not and
whether to request account cancelation during trial period or not.
But after 7 trial days, the software was upgraded to full version and you
were charged $69.95 for it. Again, this was stated in the Terms Of Service."
But this wasn't written on the e-mail they sent me and in don't know that i had to go on thier website to read this term!!!
How could i act now to have my money charge back???
