Paid for the free 1 week trial for MediaCrawler services at a price of USD1.99 and the date I was billed for this was 17 March. Then on 23rd March, I was billed for an amount of USD69.95 for account upgrade to "Full Version". Upon reading the previous emails sent by MediaCrawler and Avangate properly, it clearly states that "Your trial will expire on March 24." and also "In case you do not want to continue using Media Crawler after March 24, you can cancel this billing by accessing your Avangate myAccount". The problem is, it is not even the 24th of March yet and i was already billed the full amount. I've checked the america and london time zones and it clearly isn't 24th of March too. I am billed even before the trial ends and i felt that i was scammed. I called the international call-line for Avangate but no one picked up the phone. I emailed MediaCrawler as well and have not yet received a reply too. Right now i need answers and my money back.
