I signed up for Media Crawler's trial for $1.99 for 7 days on March 20. I just downloaded it and when I tried to figure it out and just couldn't use it, I looked for a phone # or email to contact them. On their website, they only offered THEIR form for writing to them so I wrote on the 24th. I didn't get an answer until 7 days and 3 hours after I bought the trial, saying they were sorry but it was too late. I wrote to them again stating I didn't believe I was late, but they replied, "I'm sorry but your email was received after being charged for the
full version"
