Ripoff please help! College park

I use to rent apt from them for 2 yrs, at that time they name was concordeplace, in mar my brother was rubbed n killed in the living room so i decide to move out for my own safety by breaking the leasing contract, they allow me to move, so i moved with my parents, 1 yr later i found out that they had reported me to the collection agency name is national credit system, now is in my credit that i ow them $ 1177,00

So i dispute it it been delated from trans union, but experian & equifax stil have it, acount # 9736, can you please do something about it, someone please help
