I have many complaints about this site. There are obvious glitches in their system, yet no matter how vocal you are to them about the problems on their site, they never acknowledge that a problem exists on their end. One very aggravating issue is they charged me $63. For an iPod I NEVER bid on, yet they told me I used 276 "real" bids, in other words, purchased bids rather than auction-won voucher bids. I do not now nor have I ever been an Apple user. I have always used Androd products, and I also have a Nextpad. I complained over and over that I would never bid on a product I wouldn't want—duh! —and I wanted a refund of not only the money they charged claiming i utilized their "Buy Now" option after losing the auction—that I never participated in, let alone use 256 valuable bids. They basically said told me I was lying, that I did indeed participate in this auction (at 2:30 in the morning!?!), and they refused to refund a dime. Several weeks prior to this, I bought a "300 bid voucher package" for $180; I checked my bank balance and they had not only charged me $360 for a 600 bid pkg, they never credited me the extra 300 bids. I complained via email and phone calls, and their resolution was simply that, again, I was either wrong or lying, and their system is perfectly infallible! There are other glitches, such as their game Deal Wheel in which I won 56 bid vouchers, but was only credited 16! Tell me, folks, I can't be the only one having these problems and this company refusing to accept my word, questioning my veracity which is insulting in itself, but also they are guilty of fraud. Is anyone interested in another Class Action lawsuit? These guys may not be trying to be crooks, but their refusing acknowledgement that there ARE glitches in their system is just damn dishonest. I'd like some help in getting my money back, and adding punitive damages to stop them from cheating so many others that may not know they are indeed being ripped off.
